I was going to eat my breakfast this morning but I had to pick up my fiancé. We were discussing about going to Ohio this weekend for his family. Someone in his family died a few days ago so we're going to the funeral. So I held off my breakfast and was with my fiancé for renting a car and pretty much it took the whole morning to figure things out so I had no breakfast. Instead I ate my breakfast for lunch... I had Cinnamon and Spice oatmeal with bananas and I had my coffee. Is that okay or should I eat a little more to fill more protein and fiber?

Do you feel hungry? I think the biggest thing we as humans forget is that if we're not feeling hungry, why eat more? Are you worried that you'll feel hungry later if you don't eat enough? Pack a nutrition bar, a fruit or something0

Yep. Just try - as best you reasonably can - to hit your daily Cals and macro goals.0 -
