Am I losing weight properly?

I've been drinking water, I've been eating healthy (ignore last weekend - January 25-27 - had a bad weekend)... and I am losing weight. I lost 2 lb before my period came last week. But I want to keep going. Do you think I should reduce carbs and coffee?? How can I balance it out? I hardly have carbs. Normally I would grab a croissant or a bagel for breakfast on Tues and Thurs... Mon, Wed and Friday I would eat either veggies quiches, oatmeal, or eggs with turkey bacons and I always have coffee with it. This morning I had a croissant and tea because I decided to try drink tea as an exchange for coffee. I would snack a granola bar or a mozzarella stick. For lunch I would normally get a whole wheat sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, onions, ham and munster cheese just by itself with a banana and a water bottle. Or I would get a salad instead. Then I would go exercise for a good 30 to one hour work out. Then dinner, I would eat chicken or steak with veggies. As for dessert I would have ricotta cheese with either mocha flavor or vanilla flavor. (You can find this from South Beach Diet cookbook)
