Height, weight, size?
I am a tall girl, and around a size 12-14. I'm 5'10, and 193 lbs. I'm just curious as to what others are, I'm not sure if its even possible to be a size 5 at my height. Just wanted to know if anyone else wanted to share. Thanks!

the "getting started blues"
Yep I got em. What did everyone do the first couple weeks to keep at it? Its easier once you lose like 10 or more because, when you have a bad day you can say, "well at least Ive come this far, I can go more". But you members who have lost, what did you do to keep on track in the very beginning?

Booze calories
I like to have drinks on the weekends, usually a Friday night. I get really bad hangovers, and the only thing to cure it seems to be really greasy food. headaches while dieting
Anyone else get them? I have them constantly, advil doesnt touch em? Am I doing something wrong?

working out in the am before breakfast
I have heard a few people say that if you work out in the morning before breakfast, you are burning more stored fat, because you're not burning the calories you just ate if you ate breakfast. When I say work out, I mostly mean cardio, and not too high of intensity, for example, and elliptical machine. Any one know for sure?

my motivation haha
I watch Victoria's secret fashion shows on You Tube for motivation. It works everytime! I watch it if I'm unnecesarily hungry or right before a work out. Also I have a cut out of Jillian from The Biggest Loser with tape on the back of her that I can put up wherever I work out, or sometimes I put her on the fridge haha.
