    What should I do to shake this funk I've been in for a few days?

    Make yourself workout but make it fun! Listen to silly music while you do your cardio, like super 80's. Thats what I'm doing today. Ive had fun because I've been laughing while Ive been doing it lol. However I'm home alone today, so I can do it without being embarassed!! heehee!:laugh: :tongue: :blushing:

    People choose to be in a gang because it makes them feel like a part of something. Like Goths want to be part of a group, and bikers, or if joining a club. Even joining MFP makes you feel a part of something.
