Keto/low carb
Just wondering as I have heard conflicting opinions. If your doing low carb or keto how important is total calories consumed when you start? Should I be counting both?

Protein level
Ok I've been told I do not eat enough protein my question what is enough. I do eat low carb that's easy. I eat meat and cheese eggs I do not starve. So what is considered a good protein level and what are some really high protein low carb options.

Losing Focus
After many months on here and doing very well I seem to have lost focus. I'm not really over eating, I still work out I just am starting to hate the whole thing. I have 20 pounds to go to hit my goal weight any suggestions or ideas how to get out of this mind set

Reaching goal weight
Is it better to go maybe 10 or 15 pounds less than your goal weight? I've adjusted mine down twice now but I know that I will probably gain some back getting into maintenance So how much less to account for that?

So I have decided to set new goals each week for example less wine or drink more water. I was going to implement 5 per week but was told to do less As it will be better for making them habits. So should I go with 5 or less.

Does anyone have any hints or a recipe that won't break the calorie bank. Also what's the best way to get an accurate calorie count per meatball? I was thinking of putting them in crockpot with sauce.

So what the heck
How the heck did I drop 3.5 pounds overnight. I expected to be the same or possibly a little heavier because I ate a large meal late and then was up early. I am dumbfounded as to why? Could I have dropped that much water weight overnight? I have been increasing my water intake per someone's suggestion so maybe?

i did the low carb thing years ago and had fantastic results. Needless to say started eating/ drinking again gained it all back plus some. A co worker of mine has started low carbing and now I think I may try it again but I was wondering if it is possible to do both low carb and low calorie at the same time?
