What is eating like a regular person? That could mean so many different things to so many different people. If that just means you ate a few more calories, then that's not normal. If you mean you went out and had pizza or KFC or something really high in fat, basically anything that your body wasn't used to, then it wouldn't be an unusual reaction.0

Do you have a rough idea how many calories you ate?
If you've been eating very low calorie for a long time, it may take a bit of adjusting and time to get used to larger/normal portions0 -
Sounds like you ate too much spaghetti. ..i do that sometimes too. I just really love the stuff and have to remember to pace myself.0

Do you mean greasy-type and junk foods?
I had a cheeseburger and fries six weeks after flipping to All Healthy, All The Time. Tasted great, but Oh, how I felt blechy afterwards.
I don't know if I used to feel that way all the time and didn't notice or what.
Healthy is better all the way around.0 -

Yep I feel yucky after having a Big mac meal or something similar. I regret it every single time!

Yes a regular person that does not eat as much junk as I did yesterday. All is well I actually am looking forward to being home with my kitchen and my food.0 -

Once, after my husband & I went through a phase of "let's eat healthy and eliminate all fast food/junk food", we decided to "treat" ourselves: mozzarella sticks, potato skins, jalapeno poppers....I don't know what else....in vast quantities.
The result? Let's just say I'm surprised we didn't have to replace the toilet.
Since then it's been all about moderation for the both of us.0 -

Amen to that. After several months of eating low cal, I decided I'd reserve calories for a 2pc leg and thigh meal from KFC, which I've always loved. It ruined me for the whole weekend, like my gut was full of play doh. I was so miserable.

Yup is what I had so very yummy and probably not as bad as most the stuff I ate this weekend. Quesadilla' , meatball subs, egg sandwiches every morning and today for lunch I had some kinda pastrami sandwich on sourdough. It was just ok. Well tomorrow I am back to eating good food. Funny I miss it.0
