Ok so has anyone tried carb cycling in which you were still under 100g carbs daily but 2LC(no more than 25g) and 1HC(no more than 60g). Does it work? Did you notice a difference? I starting following this and could tell a difference in my energy levels etc... Just curious! Thanks ya'll

Setback!
So I somehow managed to hurt my calf muscle yesterday. I was walking uphill and all of a sudden heard a loud pop and then I couldn't even stand on my leg.
