Ok so according to my Tdee which is what I'm going by my calories should be around 2,000 daily. acording to net my calories are 2,650 daily with a 650 deficent to give me weight loss of 1.2lbs per week. The problem is do I eat back exercise calories??? Like for example
today...
my calories were 2,038 I earned 372 from workout
ok so it shows net as 1,666 so do I try to eat back up to toal 2000 or just leave it alone???? Thanks ya'll
sorry if this is confusing its confusing me too. LOL

When you calculated your TDEE, it should have included information about how much you exercise. It's factored into the total. Therefore, you do not eat back your exercise calories, you just keep your intake at a consistent 2000.0
