Do you feel this way after losing weight??
I'm under 5 ft, and I have lost 27.4 pounds -- yay! But I still feel just as big at 132 pounds as I did at 160 pounds. I'm still planning to lose at least another 12 pounds, but I'm just wondering how long it takes your mind to catch up with your body. I know I'm not skinny yet, but shouldn't I feel skinner at this point?…

Delicious low cal/low fat muffins - 2 ingredients
1. Classic Yellow cake mix -- I used Duncan Hines 2. 1 can of Libby's pure pumpkin Mix the cake mix and the pumpkin. Put into cupcake papers/liners. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. They are DELICIOUS!! Makes 12 servings Calories: 171 Fat: 3 g. And lots of vitamin A -- 87%

I love doing squats, and I think they're super beneficial. Unfortunately, I'm horrible at breathing while doing them. I get dizzy and nauseous.
