Help! -- How do I log this?

I'm a substitute teacher, so I don't work everyday of the week. When I do work I feel like I should be able to log that I've been doing some sort of exercise. For example, yesterday I taught a class of 28 third graders -- I was EXHAUSTED when I got home. I must've burned calories while I was working, but I have no idea how to log that. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I believe there is a way to change your activity level in your settings or profile. So on the days that you do substitute you could change your activity level to increase your daily caloric intake, but just remember to change it back on days when you don't work. Hope this helps!
I just checked it out and its under Goals on the home page, under diet profile0 -
Awesome -- thank you!!0
