Well, I slipped up on Saturday with food and haven't been on my computer in a few days....but here I am. Back on track and feeling amazing! Got in almost 3 miles on the treadmill today and ate well. Today is day one and so far so good! I don't feel hungry or tired. I don't look at this as a diet so much as I do getting my sugar/fat intake and metabolism in check.
