The 17 Day Diet: Day 15

Happy Monday to you all!!!

Today was a great day on the plan. I got in a good workout and ate very well. I'm not seeing a big difference in my body but I can FEEL it....and that counts for a lot! I can't believe I only have 2 more days on the first phase. It was easy to stick too even though I did run off course a couple of times. Even with that being said, I'm proud to say I've lost about 5 pounds. Slow and steady :tongue:

Is there anyone else out there on the plan?

    I'm in the first phase right now which means I'm going back to the basics...eating a lot of salad (with oil and balsamic dressing), veggies, fruit, chicken, fish and more. I actually love it and feel great! The book provides a meal plan, if you choose to follow it, along with the 'science' behind why some things are needed for our bodies and what other things do to hinder your health. Very interesting read.
