how much protein do i need?
I am currently doing les mills pump and have my settings set for maintenance. I am watching my macros and want to make sure I have my protein goal set right. I am familiar with iifym but have read that you can set protein for .8 instead of 1? I weigh 146 so do I set it for 146 or can it be lower?

I just started les mills pump and am now wondering if I need to adjust my daily calorie goal. I know lifting weights burn calories (72?) Hrs after you do it which gives me the impression I am supposed to eat more calories then i would if I'm just trying to lose weight?

I was looking into my goal settings and have noticed that mfp calculated my workouts to be about 600 calories burned a week but I do closer to 1000 with that being such a big difference how do I know mfp is giving me the right amount of daily calories?I have it set only to lose .5 per week which I know is 250 calories…

I just bought the fitbit flex yesterday and used it for half of the day. The fitbit app is only calculating calories burned and nothing else. I just got a new fit bit. Can someone explain to me how it connects to MfP in regards to calories burned? Am I supposed to adjust my daily calorie goal at all? I have a polar watch to use for workouts so I am getting confused by the difference in the two when it comes to how it affects my daily calories.

lose it compared to mfp??
Can someone tell me why when I try figuring out my daily calorie goal mfp is always less then any other calculators I've used? For example the lose it website gives me 1573 vs mfp that only gives me 1450 and that's with putting all the same info in including the deficient?? Anyone else notice this??

I got done with alpha and beta before the holidays and just started alpha all over again. Has anyone done this? Were your results as good as the first time or better? I lost about 10 lbs the first round, not sure on inches I didn't measure that. I'm kinda addicted to t25 and don't want to do a different workout! Lol

After how many days/weeks did you start losing weight? I have noticed that people have lost more inches then weight and was just curious when you started seeing it on the scale? I've been staying under my daily calorie intake and did 30ds for a week and still the same weight so just curious! Thanks!
