Can someone help me, I am doing les mills pump and want to make sure my daioly calories correspond to what I'm trying to achieve.I am not necessarily trying to lose weight but lower body fat %. I have a big stomach and gain weight easily in my thighs. How do I figure out my daily calories when lifting weights? I am not trying to lose weight nor maintain and was wondering if I should set it as losing weight and just make sure I eat enough protein?

.... What?
You can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.
If you want to lose fat = eat in a CALORIC DEFICIT
Gain muscle = eat at a small surplus
Figure out your daily caloric intake, along with macros... go here: http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/0 -
