I would like to start this come Monday, I've finished t25 and got good results with that but want to focus more on building muscle. Couple questions I'm coming up with are:

Do you keep track of your calories when following the meal plan?
The mealplan shows to eat 6 egg whites AFTER supper yet and I don't see myself being that hungry I normally just have a snack, do you think it needs to be followed specifically to get results?

If you've already done this program what were your results?? Pictures more than welcome!;)
