Can I get a little insight on what you guys think? I'm bumping my calories slowly back up to maintenance. So I'm currently just eating my BMR to pick up my metabolism again

Switching over to maintenance calories...
Do you guys reccomend that I just go ahead and bump from 1200-1300 to my full maintenance of 2200? Or increase gradually over time... Thanks

A quick question about White Kidney Bean Extract
I've recently started taking White kidney bean extract, which prevents calories from carbs/starches from being broken down and digested creating artificial ketosis. This may sound dumb but can I essentially negate all calories from carbs?

One meal off the diet....
What do you guys think of one meal off the diet per week? I don't want to sabotage my weight loss but I want to get a little enjoyment too :)

Weekly caloric intake...
How would this plan work (STRICTLY weight wise not health wise) If someone ate say 1200 calories per day 4 days, and their maintenance calories were 2200, then say Saturday or Friday had a binge day, then the following day fasted thus giving them about 6000 calories free for a binge,

Eating back the calories when your "under your goal?''
I'm always 80-150 calories under my goal for that day, at the end of the week It would yield say 700 calories under the goal for that week, do you guys eat back those calories? Or do you use em as icing on the cake of a great week? :)

A question regarding the accuracy of food labels,
Whenever I look at labels on food, it always seems to me they end in 0's very rarely have I ever seen a label that says something other than a zero at the end of the number, for instance a box of quinoa in my refrigerator says 240 calories per 1/4 cup, when writing labels do they simply round the number? Are there days when you should eat above your normal caloric deficit? Say once every 2-3 weeks? I've read quite alot of posts saying it's to keep your body guessing.
