    I had a cheat day yesterday! it was unplanned...I started the day off good but then my gramma made corn muffins and I have like 4 out of boredum, then she made a chocolate cake and I had a couple pieces for dinner...lol. but I'm back on track today I hope! Enjoy your buffet! I love chinese and will probably do that on my next planned cheat day!

    If by "cheat" you mean take a minor little sniffle/headache and exaggerate that to tell my assistant that I'm about to die of flu so I'm staying home from work, then... yes. Yes I am.

    I have relaxed days once in a while, If I have a proper cheat day I binge :( so I try not to have them but occasionally I will shock my body with something that isnt great for you lol
