How would this plan work
(STRICTLY weight wise not health wise)
If someone ate say 1200 calories per day 4 days, and their maintenance calories were 2200, then say Saturday or Friday had a binge day, then the following day fasted thus giving them about 6000 calories free for a binge,

Weekly deficit will predict weight loss. If it creates a deficit, you'll lose weight.0

Technically it should work, but after your binge day or days you would not want to get on the scale for a bit.0

That's a really dumb plan. How about you don't binge eat? or fast? Each day has it's own value, you don't just stockpile up the calories so you can binge.
From a purely caloric standpoint, you'd likely end up where you started, give or take a few calories I guess...
If you eat in moderation you can consume a little bit of junk food, just keep it within reason & watch those calories.0 -
I don't think you need to lose any more weight. If you are a binge eater, I suggest you see a therapist and a nutritionist to come up with a good plan for you.0

You admit you have an eating disorder. You are already a very very thin 18 year old male, then you come on a Fitness website asking if it's okay to restrict and then binge - whenyou say on your profile that you are trying to recover from that.
Huge fail, right here.0
