A quick question about carbs...

I stayed under my calorie goal, but went over on my carbs and sugar... What do you believe will be the outcome of this?

    One day, not a thing. It would make a body composition difference over time. (like as in months and months)

    Cheers mates! Thanks a ton, I've been kinda worried gave myself a little treat for dinner (Proatmeal....) haha I normally don't eat starches or heavy carbs after say 2pm

    weight loss(body fat)... and lean mass loss considering you didnt hit your protein goal with the added carbs.


    body composition will change over long period of time not just one day.

    I still hit 135g in the protein dept, so I think I'm good ;)
