Net of 1000 and gaining
Two questions here guys. First I'm still losing pounds but I stopped lifting weights and it feels like I'm getting fatter. Why is that? Second my net is sometimes only 1000 but my total is around 1500 (goal 1740 for weight loss of 1 1/2 per week) is this ok? Thanks for any info!

Hi guys. I'm allowed 1800 calories a day. I ate 500 for breakfast and then took a long walk with the kids- burning 1300 calories. Well I got home and ate 900 and I now have a net of about 100.. But 1300 total consumed. Do I need to east more? Its 8:30pm.
