I went from 245 to 217.. then I began eating poorly and went to 220 then ate better and went back to 217.. This happened about 4 times. Every time I hit 217 something snaps in me and I begin eating poorly and out of control. I just need help and motivation! Please any advice or words. I'm feeling awful right now. I don't eat for hunger. I've always struggled with eating to the point of not just fullness but sickness. I'm completely lost.

    I have a similar problem, when I get to a certain weight I think I get too confident and think I can start eating whatever I like again.
    I think just having a ton of support really helps, I have found this site to be so good for that. Good Luck - just don't give up every day is a new opportunity :)

    Sometimes I have trouble making my calorie goals because I'm not hungry, it hasn't happened in a while. What may help you is to try for just one day scheduling out every meal, about 6 small meals, and try to break your calories up evenly between them. Try following it for one day, and assess your fullness after you eat the meal.

    You also might also try drinking a few glasses of water before you eat so that you will get full a little more quickly without adding all the extra calories from the excess food.
