Two questions here guys. First I'm still losing pounds but I stopped lifting weights and it feels like I'm getting fatter. Why is that?
Second my net is sometimes only 1000 but my total is around 1500 (goal 1740 for weight loss of 1 1/2 per week) is this ok?
Thanks for any info!

When you stopped lifting weights, your muscles stopped growing. When they are not used for a while, they atrophy. It might feel like you are getting fatter because you are getting "mushy" for lack of a better word since the hard, lean muscle is reducing in size. Also, when you are not lifting weights, you lose your ability to burn fat faster...you still burn fat, don't get me wrong, but people who lift weights and have stronger muscles burn MORE fat than those that don't.
I would try increasing your calories slowly but surely until you can comfortably get to that goal. Eating too few calories can slow your metabolism which makes weight loss slower...also, since you stopped lifting weights, this also lowers your metabolism and could affect question number as well.
Why did you stop lifting? It's one of the best things you can do to increase your metabolism so you can burn more calories at rest. :flowerforyou:0 -

Make sure your net equals at least 1200. One day if you eat 1300 and the next eat 950 its alright.
You don't have to eat all exercise calories back. I would eat some though.
My goal cals are 1320 and yesterday's food was 1644 but minus 428 for exercise which totaled me at 1216.0
