Monthly Periods.
Do they really effect someones weight? *Like when they're on a period do they tend to weigh more or less?.. Its my time of the month and today was my weigh in.. The scaled showed I had gained 2 pounds, and that my belly was a little bit bigger then last measurement. Is that because I'm bloated or something?..

Lost 10 pounds in January and Gained 2 in February!! :/
So I tend to be in the gym 6/7 days a week.. My diet is based on 1200 calories; which i was doing very well at.. However, I did the same thing in February as I did January. So now I am considering upping my calories to at least 1400.. Will this actually help?.. Needing your advice..

So I had to share.. Since Jan. 3rd I have lost 10 pounds!. Im so happy with myself.. I went from 156 to 146.. :)

Cardio vs. Lifting.
So I took everyones advice recently and started lifting weights.. However I notice I'm just getting in about 15-20 minutes of cardio at the gym now.. Should I be doing more cardio.. Btw I tend to be in the gym 6 days a week.. Btw: I have no devices; like hr monitors or anything.

So first of all I'm 152 pounds.. Just walked 3.2 miles(took me an hour..) while pushing a double jogging stroller which probably was 50 pounds.. I was also on a walking trail that had many steep hills and stuff. So how do I log this in?... How many calories would that have been?

So for some of you previously read I am addicted to Coca Cola.. However after quitting drinking sodas cold turkey today marks one week of no cokes!.. I am now just drinking strictly water!..
