I'm in a rut when it comes to lunch and it is boring. Life is too short to have boring meals. What did you have for lunch today and was it on your plan? Note, I have the same thing everyday for breakfast and I like it. I have lots of variety for dinner which I like. Lunch is my problem.

Recruiting people to GOAD
I saw someone asking about how to recruit people to GOAD. I would suggest posting something about who and what you are on the popular message boards such as Getting Started and Success Stories. I would also suggest going back and adding to them every few days to get it to pop to the top of the list. Just a thought.

Reached Goal - 30 lbs gone
I reached goal today. I've lost 30 lbs since Jan 2013. I'm in my 50's. I weigh 119.8. I'm wearing size 6 jeans and they are comfy. I bought a couple of size 8 pants and they are loose.
