Where do you find them? I've looked in stores, can't even figure out what isle they would be in... I've looked everywhere. I know they're on sale on amazon, but how does the price compare? Why do whole chickens have more calories?
Someone explain this to me. I buy chicken at Wegmans, they put cooked calories on their nutrition, which is just fine with me. So, cooked chicken breasts are 130 calories for 3oz. Ricotta breakfast!
1/2 cup of ricotta (I used skim, you can use fat free I guess) 30g of milk 1/8th a package of jello instant pudding (I used cheesecake) Delicious, filling yumminess. Calories will vary on what you use, I actually ate two servings, the pudding was not fat free, so it was about 500 calories but I'm stuffed.

The reason I love frozen meals...
They're fantastic to get rid of a craving, for less than 350 calories. The other day I was craving lasagna... Just bought a $1 frozen meal and had lasagna for 300 calories. I've been craving pizza, so I bought a 350 calorie pizza for tomorrow's lunch. Just something to think about next time you're craving something...
