Only 28 calories in a Werther's Original soft caramel! OH YEAH!

    Almond milk (30 calories for unsweetened). This is a new find for me and I am obsessed. Its so flavorful and creamy, and 1/3 the calories of skim milk! I love to make milk shakes with it by adding 2 tsp sugar and a little vanilla.

    I like almond milk in smoothies... can't stand it in cereal, lol!
