Heat one cup of unsweetened almond milk in the microwave for about two minutes and stir in one packet of unflavored Knox gelatine powder for about two minutes until well disolved. Then add another cup of cold unsweetened almond milk and add stevia or other noncaloric sweetener to taste, about four to six packets of truvia etc. Can also add enhancements such as cocoa powder two or three tablespoons, or a teaspoon of cinnamon, or a tablespoon or two of instant coffee granules, or vanilla extract, or almond extract, etc. Chill in fridge until set, about four hours. The whole two cups has about one hundred calories and about eight to ten carb grams depending on what flavorings you add. If you can keep from eating the whole thing in one sitting you've got a pretty good evening snack that yields a lot of satisfaction for relatively few calories and carbs.

Preservatives, artificial sweeteners... can't stand the taste.
