Ricotta breakfast!

1/2 cup of ricotta (I used skim, you can use fat free I guess)
30g of milk
1/8th a package of jello instant pudding (I used cheesecake)

Delicious, filling yumminess. Calories will vary on what you use, I actually ate two servings, the pudding was not fat free, so it was about 500 calories but I'm stuffed.
