Enlighten me on "Genesis Protein 100 Liquid Protein Dietary
It's 60 calories and 15g protein per 1fl oz. No carbs, no fat, no anything. Recommended to mix with water or 100% fruit juice. Any experience? I bought a small bottle and put it in my water with a little french vanilla liquid stevia. Not bad. Thoughts.

You'll weigh XX in 5 weeks.....
So 5 weeks ago, I put in my calendar what MFP said I'd weigh in 5 weeks "if everday were like today" because I wanted to see how accurate it was. Well, IT WAS RIGHT! Actually I'm a pound under what it said I'd weigh in 5 weeks! Which is very motivating because I had several weeks that felt like the scale didn't move! YEAH!

To tone up....what's the protocol?
I can never remember if it's low weight, high reps or high weight, low reps....etc. After have baby #3 (and the last one) I'm about 8pounds from my goal weight I think it's time to start adding in strength training. But I just want to tone up...not bulk up.

Putting a HRM on my Christmas list - Need advice
I don't want to be top of the line expensive...but I have no idea where to start or what they can actually "do" I don't want a bodybug...I'm thinking some kind of "watch" one but not against a chest strap. What does it all do BESIDES heart rate? Is it a pedometer? Does is calculate calories burned? etc.... Thanks
