Enlighten me on "Genesis Protein 100 Liquid Protein Dietary

It's 60 calories and 15g protein per 1fl oz. No carbs, no fat, no anything. Recommended to mix with water or 100% fruit juice.

Any experience? I bought a small bottle and put it in my water with a little french vanilla liquid stevia. Not bad. Thoughts.
