what ratio of carbs/fat/protein is best for a 1200 calorie diet where I want to have higher protein, low fat....

    A 50/30/20 Carb/protein/fat plan is usually a good starting point, especially if you're looking at trying to minimize your muscle loss. You can then tweak it to your own requirements

    Really, that much carbs? Hmmm...okay, I'll try it and see what happens....what's south beach or adkins? Isn't it like 40/30/30 or something?
