I can't do jumping jacks...
So, I came to the conclusion tonight I cannot do jumping jacks. My chest (meaning my boobs) physically hurt. I know I need a better sports bra but I have yet to find one that reins the girls in enough. The BIggest Loser for WII workout has jumping jacks...any recommendations as to what I can do instead?

Drinking too many calories
I just realized...I am drinking way too many calories. I love milk...I don't care what meal I am eating I want milk with it. I drink skim milk but that adds up. I realized today that I could eat a good amount more if I could stop drinking milk.

Weird food combinations
I have always been a person that eats odd combinations. Now that I have really buckled down and started counting every single calorie I have become even odder in my food combos. Speed or incline?
I am one of the few people that don't mind the treadmill but I wonder which is more important ...a higher incline at a slower pace 3.5 incline @ 3.5 pace) or a lower incline at a higher pace?

Small Victory

Just not hungry
Yesterday I thought I would treat myself to tacos from one of my favorite places, Moe's. I eat the taco and a half hour later I am sick as can be. I was sick the remainder of the night...such is life. Good thing is I won' t be eating Moe's anytime in the near future. Once something makes me sick I can't eat it for months.…
