Why Is Vitamin D Not Tracked?
I've noticed that vitamin D on many of my food items is not included. Does anyone know why that is? I've recently been diagnosed with osteopenia and vitamin D and calcium are very important right now for tracking. I was just wondering! Thanks in advance!

Default Macros Setting
Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me what the default macro setting should be? I've been playing around with my percentages so long I don't remember what the correct amount should be. Right now I have 50% carbs 30% fat and 20% protein I don't believe that's correct. Thank you!

Envious jealous friends... How do you handle?
I have supportive friends but they've told me that they are envious and jealous of me because I've lost 81 pounds to this point. I don't want them to be envious and jealous I want them to be happy for me and support me. Is there something I can say to them that will help them? How would you handle the situation like this?

I started MFP on January 1 this year and I hit my 30 pound weight loss today! I will tell you that parts of it have been a real struggle but I will win! I am now in my 50's and enough is enough! Steak and Cheese Sub - How To Count

Did Not Eat The Cake!
I just got back from coffee out with a friend and we went to a coffee shop known for its baked goods and desserts. They looked so so good!! But I behaved myself and only had my coffee and a cup of soup! Proud of myself that was HARD!! :)
