Good morning. I'm currently on the Eat to Live 6 week plan temporarily while I'm having some medical issues addressed. I'm finding that I'm feeling much better I'm 4 weeks in. Just curious if anyone is following this type of plan and if you have any suggestions? On August 4th I begin the regular plan and not the beginning 6 week plan. Thanks!

Probably not many. There are a few whole food plant based people here though. Keto and carnivore are really the en vogue thing now.

Nutritarian, in the formal sense? No. I'm not.

I'm pretty serious about getting overall good nutrition, eat a lot of plants, am long-term vegetarian, eat mostly whole foods . . . but unapologetically hedonistic aging hippie flake that I am, I don't like strict rules even a little bit. If I had a relevant health condition as you do, I'd be willing to be more structured if necessary.

Context: I eat quite a bit of dairy, don't totally eliminate sugar/processed foods/refined sugars (more of an 80/20 thing, maybe even 90/10), do calorie count, probably eat more cooked than raw veg. (Those comments are based on what I know about the nutritarian diet and how mine differs, but I'm not super knowledgeable about the diet.)

There are a number of people here who are WFPB or other nearby eating styles. If you have actual questions, vs. just looking for very specific tips exclusive to nutritarian eating, try asking your questions and seeing if anyone has helpful information.

I'm glad to hear you've found a style that has you feeling better!

    Best wishes!
