I'm going to Rockne's for dinner tonight and they have a Firestone Fruit salad on their menu that is very good. motivation/just had surgery
i was doing so well on my diet and lost 18 lbs in 3 months then all of a sudden my stomach was hurting and found out i had to have my appendix out....that was on April 16. I've lost my motivation and I can't stop eating. I know it's more of a stress thing but I'm having a hard to getting my motivation back. any ideas?

pedometer vs. treadmill reading on calroies burned???
I have been using the readings from my treadmill for the calories burned as long as I have been doing MFP but today I used my pedometer when I walked outside and then again when I walked on my treadmill and the reading is much lower. 5'5" and never been under 150....???
