How about we post what we did exercise wise or maybe something we are proud of: something accomplished food wise... for example staying under our calorie count, no junk food, trying a food you would have never thought you'd eat... etc... Angie

I've been a MFP user for almost a year- Unfortunately I didn't take advantage of the Community Message Boards/Groups until a month or so ago. Almost every single person I've recruited to join MFP doesn't stay active. I' d like to get and give support and encouragement....anyone else? Angie

Lean for Life- anyone doing this?
I noticed in the workbook that after Lean there is Lean for Life. A Burn, Push, and Lean circuit each week. Just wondering if anyone has done this for at least a month or two ??? Angie

Push Phase
While looking back over my worksheets before moving on to Lean- I noticed I increased the amount I was lifting in quite a few exercises except Push 2. I found that kinda of strange.... In several exercises I could've used weights I don't have like 12 or 17 pounds...wish I could afford those adjustable weights!! Anyone else…

new workout=hard time adjusting
I just completed P90X about a week and a half ago. I'm on day 4 of ChaLean Extreme. Not really feeling it...not sure how long I should give it. I like lifting weights, but she transitions too fast and I really don't like the warm up and cool down stretches/exercises. Any suggestions or tips? TIA, Angie

suggestions for a hybrid workout?
I've got one week left of P90X. Love the results!!!! I'd like to cut back working out to 4 days a week. Love lifting the weights- not sure what to do next. And, I want to tone up my behind more than what I got with the X. Any suggestions?? Angie

HRM- accurate calories burned?
Do you wait to stop the monitor after your heart rate has come down to your typical at rest rate or immediately after exercise is done? Just curious what everyone does??? Angie
