Middle back pain and cardio

Eating "junk" but not going over calories?
So I was wondering, if you were to have one piece of "junk food", but not be over your calories by any means, would this still prevent weightloss?

Exercise with back pain?
I have a sore back, which caused me to not be able to do my aerobics yesterday but it's still hurting today. Should I just walk twice as much since it doesn't bother my back?

NSV regarding clothes.
My parents bought a cute size 16 black dress for me in summer of '08 to attend a wedding in. At the time, it was pretty snug iirc, but I tried it on today and it fit like a dream! Plus I tried it on WHILE filling a big garbage bag full of clothes that are too big for me! 2 NSVs in one. :D

How often do you weigh yourself?
I used to weigh myself twice a week and thought that was reasonable but I'm starting to change my mind. I almost want to weight in once every 2 weeks or something. Should I exercise if I can't eat my calories back?
I do 20 minutes of high impact aerobics 3x a week ontop of a 20-30 minute walk every day, but I can almost never eat my exercise calories back. Today I am especially not feeling hungry. Should I skip my aerobics today if I know I can't eat my calories back, or should I do it anyway?

I ate a small breakfast (had alot of fruit and little cereal). I took a power nap around 10:30PM, woke up for a little bit and fell back asleep.
