I know there are alot of other cysters on here. :) I've lost 5 pounds so far and over the past few days my breasts have been kind of sore or sensitive. I particularly notice it after I take my bra off and wear my night shirt. I am NOT pregnant, but have read that sometimes it is due to hormonal change. Could my weight loss be sorting out my hormones already? Have any of you other cysters had this problem?

I agree its probably a chang in hormones 5 pounds may not seem like it would be affective enough but believe every pround counts

Never noticed it myself. Only get tender when I'm pre menstrual or ovulating. Are you any of those?

    Congrats on the 5lbs :flowerforyou:

I have PCOS, and I noticed the tender breast thing too. After 20 pounds I went from a full C cup to barely fitting an A. I don't know if the dramatic breast decrease has anything to do with higher testosterone + weight loss...but its a thought.

I do believe my symptoms have died down since I lost weight however :)
