Can someone explain what zigzagging is and how it works?

I think it means when you change your goals. Like going from 2 lbs a week with less calories a day to going to 1 to 1.5 lbs allowing more.0

Where you eat different amounts of calories each day. You still end up with the same calorie total at the end of the week as if you were to eat the same amount everyday.0 -
You eat all your calories for 2 days then you eat 500 - 600 less the third day. For example I eat 2700 cals on Monday and Tuesday on Wednesday I eat 2100. On Thursday I go back up. Just helps me to lose weight. My body was getting used to the same cals everyday had to try and switch it up.0
