I have a speed rope and am wanting to incororate it into my exercise routine. I walk in the mornings, Zumba every other day in the mid afternoon and walk again at night. When would be the best time to get that quick burst of cardio from jump roping?

Never really used jump rope as part of my exercise. But sounds like a great idea. I would think that a quick morning jump will get your day going! Good luck with it and let us know how it goes.0

My trainer had me do this, your a brave brave girl... LOL
Maybe it would be a good workout for after your walk .. or during.. maybe intervals of walking/jumping roping to get your heart up there and use the walk as your recovery.0 -
When i used to box we would do the jump rope portion as a warm up at the start. It really kick starts your heart rate. Usually we'd do 3 rounds of it (so 9 minutes) before getting into conditioning.0
