1500/1700 calories left...

I ate a small breakfast (had alot of fruit and little cereal). I took a power nap around 10:30PM, woke up for a little bit and fell back asleep. It's now almost 4:00PM and I still have 1500 calories to eat!

We're having turkey burgers and salad tonight. I don't know if I should try to eat a small lunch or what. Advice?

    If you are hungry, eat something. If not, don't worry about it. One "low" day isn't going to be a problem.
  • Agreed, unless you are hungry dont bother. You spend a chunk of your day asleep so you calorie needs arent as great to begin with.

    If your hungry eat something, also maybe you can consider adding something to your dinner (baked potatoe or sweet potatoe) .. but don't worry if you don't... One day is not going to do much, just don't get into habit.

    Well, since you slept for so much of the day, I'm going to guess you won't burn as many calories as you normally would. ;)
