3 meals vs 6 meals a day, what's your experience/opinion?
Like it says in the title I want to know what peoples experiences are? I'm currently 306lbs and have dropped from 355lbs by reducing my calories down to 1300 per day (breakfast around 200 calories, lunch around 200 calories, 2x snacks between 100-200 and then my evening meal which is whatever is left). this has worked so…

Fitbit syncs food diary, but MFP wont sync steps!
I've had a fitbit for 2 years or more (flex, then the charge HR), it used to be great but over the last year I've found that MFP regularly doesn't sync with Fitbit and to pick up steps I have to regularly (several times a day) disconnect the app and then re-add connect it and then log onto the website rather than syncing…

Gallstones. food and weight loss dos and donts!?
I've suffered from (what I now know to be bilary colic) attacks for a few years. A recent attack set me off in a healthy eating kick and to the docs. I've lost 18lbs in just over a month and today I had an ultrasound that showed 2 large gallstones. I'm making an appointment to see my GP next week, but in the mean time,…

Best way to thin down my legs and arms???
I've lost 75lbs so far and 130lbs to go, but I am frustrated by my arms and legs, they have always been big, but they don't seem to be shrinking at the same rate as my body. I've dropped from a UK size 28 to a 20 but, I have to wear size 22 jeans with a belt to keep them up as the 20's are too tight round my calves and…

I'm 31 year old woman who weighs 324lbs (23 stone) and is a UK size 24. Fitness Tech - the good, the bad and the ugly?
I'm interested to know whats out there, whats good and whats a waste of your cash? Currently I have a OMRON pedometer, but most annoyingly, it doesn't go up to 300lbs when I add in my data, so its basically a waste of money for anything other than just steps which is annoying as it was £17, but, I think the steps are quite…
