Joining a gym... ideas for routines please!

Hola guys, I'm going to join a gym for the first time in a decade.
I'm currently 286lbs/20st, dropped from 355lbs/25st since last august, all by watching calories and being a bit more active, but now the weightloss has begun to slow a little and its time to get my *kitten* in the gym to help it along again.
Last time I went to the gym I was given a routine of 10 mins on a bike, 10 mins on a stepper machine, 20 mins on a treadmill and then 20 mins of arm and leg exercises, but that was probably about 10 years ago.
I want to carry on loosing weight and tone up a bit, so would that still work? or is there a better routine? or resources online? I'm just joining a cheap hotel gym so I doubt there will be a trainer there to offer advice, hence asking on here.

Google, youtube, pinterest as well. I do new rules, and before I started I youtubed every exercise to make sure I was doing it right. I also googled alternatives (like the jackknife on the exercise ball, i tried, but I s*cked at it).0 -
You want to cover strength, flexibility and endurance. Figure out what you personally like in those three categories and take it nice and easy. I'd do a bit of flexibility (after a short warm up) every time I worked out. I'd switch off every other day with strength and endurance. Strength involves resistance, such as lifting light or heavy weights. Endurance is anything that raises your heart rate. Flexibility can be yoga, runner or ballet stretches. If you find something you like of each the gym will be less of a chore. Good luck!0
