I'm in the +390lbs bracket and ive started walking home from work (around 3 miles) over the last few months. I have noticed however, that when I'm about two thirds home, ive found that my fingers are a swollen.

Is this normal? I'm assuming its just bad circulation? Has anyone else experienced it?

It happens to me, and I'm a perfectly healthy weight. Maybe try wiggling them a little?

Try walking on your feet instead of hands.... or visa versa...

it's very normal and common. I find it's worse in the heat/humidity. Article at link below has some tips that might help:

It's normal for me. Worse if the heat and humidity are high. Though I have to say since I upped drinking pure water, it doesn't happen as badly as it used to.

I've never worried about it, though if they didn't go down, I certainly would

I get swollen, itchy hands sometimes. I've been told that it's from eating too much salt and/or not drinking enough water.

periodically take a couple of minutes and raise your hands above your head, this should help. It's a circulatory issue, happens to me, I just lace my hands behind my head and keep going.

I have that issue too! I've tried everything everyone has suggested so far as well as a lot of other things and nothing changes. Now I just make sure to take my rings off and ignore the rest.
