I'm interested to know whats out there, whats good and whats a waste of your cash?
Currently I have a OMRON pedometer, but most annoyingly, it doesn't go up to 300lbs when I add in my data, so its basically a waste of money for anything other than just steps which is annoying as it was £17, but, I think the steps are quite actuate as it doesn't add extra steps it you shake it around.
I use RUNTASTIC pro on my Samsung S4 (which I wedge in my bra when walking - good thing I have big boobs right!), I love this app and all the data it provides, but its more designed for measuring a run/walk, than something you have on all day, so I'm considering a FITBIT, but right now it seems to be the weigh up between the convenience of the FITBIT FLEX with its wrist band or the accuracy of the FITBIT ONE.
I've also considered looking at a heart rate monitor to get more accurate, bit is it worth it? or are the Fitbit type tech enough?
what else is out there that's worth a look?
