Can you guys help me come with a weight-loss plan? I'm 5'0 ft even. I currently weigh 114 pounds. My goal is 100. How many calories a day, and what kind of exercises should I be doing a day, until I reach my goal???

Venting. Struggling with ED.
I'm anorexic and right now I'm hungry, but I'm scared to eat. My stomach is growling, I feel weak, and I feel so frustrated over being fat. I've been exercising but my metabolism is slowing down. I know I need to eat, but I'm so scared to.

Are homemade fruit smoothies good for weight loss?
I love smoothies. I don't enjoy them very often; I usually just snack on regular fruit. But I was wondering if homemade smoothies were good for weight loss? In my smoothies I usually just blend 1 banana, 1 apple, a handful of grapes, and a little bit of almond milk (less than a cup).

HELP! I just vomited! I don't know what to do!
I have an eating disorder (EDNS) and today after a massive binge, I decided to take 7 diuretic pills. I took 4 diuretic pills at 3:00 in the afternoon and then I took 3 more at 7:00. I just vomited and I'm extremely shaky. This has never happened before. I never intended to vomit! I feel very weak now. What should I do?

Hello! This is my first time posting here. I hope this is the right place. On days when you're sick, do you still exercise? Or is it bad to exercise when sick? Also if you do exercise when sick, what kind of exercises do you use?
