Can you guys help me come with a weight-loss plan?

I'm 5'0 ft even. I currently weigh 114 pounds.

My goal is 100.

How many calories a day, and what kind of exercises should I be doing a day, until I reach my goal???

    Fill in your information on here, put 1/2 lb a week loss, eat that many calories. If you exercise it is for fitness, not for weight loss and you can eat those calories back. You're trying to lose vanity pounds so it will probably be a slow go.

    Monkey is right, also you will probably get alot more out of trying to change your body composition than focusing on weight loss, that means working; out especially hitting the weights :).

    just out of interest, your BMI puts you at a healthy weight (although not entirely reliable, it gives a rough idea) and 114 pounds for some who's 5"0 is pretty normal, if you lost 14 pounds you risk putting yourself at the bottom end of a 'healthy' BMI.. it doesnt appear that you need to lose any weight x
