TDEE vs goal calories?
My goal calories are 1200 - I usually earn 300 extra from excercise. Normally I eat around 1400 or 1500 calories less my exercise calories equals a net of 1100 or 1200. Need a healthy snack to take to a party.

Do you eat your calories earned by exercising?
Do you all eat your extra calories you earn exercising or just your goal calories? I have been eating my extra 300 or 400 exercise calories - so then I can eat 1500 calories - is this how most of you do it?

Always go over on my sugar and protein!
I seem to do good with calories and everything except the sugar and protein. I always go over on sugar but it is all from fruit except for the balsamic I have on my lunch salad. So is it a bad thing I am going over? Also, I seem to always go over on my protein because of egg, yogurt, cottage cheese and salmon. Is that bad?

Too much protein?
It seems as though every day when I track my food I end up going over my protein. Is that bad for losing weight? My main protein is coming from salmon, greek yogurt, cottage cheese. Also, my sugar gets a little high - biggest contributors to sugar are my daily apple and balsamic vinegar on my lunch salad.
