We are getting together with a group of friends for the weekend. Would like to take some kind of healthy snack to share, so I know I will have at least one thing healthy to eat. :-) Do you have a favorite recipe that is healthy and makes enough for a group of 10? Thanks.

I recently found this recipe and loved it. Next time I'll add some cayenne for a little kick, but I like spicy. I'm sure you could easily double or triple the recipe for a crowd. It's about 100 calories per 1/4 cup serving. Just make sure to bake them until they are dried out and crunchy.

    Spicy Chickpea Nuts
    1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
    1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon dried marjoram
    1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Position rack in upper third of oven; preheat to 450°F. Blot chickpeas dry and toss in a bowl with oil, cumin, marjoram, allspice and salt. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, stirring once or twice, until browned and crunchy, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes.
