Too much protein?

It seems as though every day when I track my food I end up going over my protein. Is that bad for losing weight? My main protein is coming from salmon, greek yogurt, cottage cheese.

Also, my sugar gets a little high - biggest contributors to sugar are my daily apple and balsamic vinegar on my lunch salad.

    I go over mine to like every day and I am still losing weight. Not sure about the sugar but fruit sugars are not the same as artificial or processed sugars, I personally would not worry about it unless I has a sugar health issue or it started hindering my progress.
